Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer

Two components Epoxy based anti corrosive primer containing zinc phosphate as corrosion inhibiting pigments.

It is an ideal primer where faster turnaround of equipment is desired, Hence making it ideal primer for industrial and Infrastructure equipments, heavy machineries etc exposed to medium corrosive and marine environment. It is also recommended for steel structures in Chemical, Fertilizers, Petrochemical and industrial plants. Not to be used for immersion application..


APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Stir the Base part thoroughly. Mix the base and hardener as per our recommended ratio, by volume. Stir the mix gently to attain homogeneity. Allow the mixture to stand still (maturation) for about 10-15 minutes to initiate the reaction. Add Thinner Type 002 into the mix, if required, depending on application method, and stir gently for few minutes. Strain the paint through Nylon filter cloth of 100 mesh size and apply uniformly over the surface. All equipments used for above should be properly cleaned..

Epoxy Zinc Chrome Primer

Two components Epoxy based anti corrosive primer pigmented with Zinc Chromate as corrosion inhibiting pigments.

Physical Data Surface Preparation Application Data Application Method Two component Epoxy based anti corrosive primer pigmented with Zinc Chromate as corrosion inhibiting pigments. It is recommended as primer on M.S surface for original equipment manufacturing as well as for process industry as in various fertilizers, refineries, petrochemical, chemical and other plants, applied in diverse areas of tank exteriors, equipments, pipelines, structural steel, etc. Not to be used for immersion application.


APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Two components Epoxy based anti corrosive primer containing red oxide and zinc chrome as corrosion inhibiting pigments

Recommended as a primer on suitably cleaned mild steel surface in various fertilizer units, refineries, chemical and other plants, transportation industries, steel plants, cement plants, power plants, pulp and paper industries, pharmaceutical industries, etc. for application on tank exteriors, structural steel, pipelines, machineries, vessels, etc. The product is recommended as a primer for mild to moderate service conditions. Not to be recommended for immersed water condition

Epoxy Matt/Glossy Paints

Two component, air-drying, Epoxy polyamide cured finish paint

It is recommended as a top coat for structures, pipelines, vessels, equipments and machineries, storage tanks etc. in fertilizers and chemical plant, cement plants, power plants, steel plants, pharmaceutical and petrochemical complexes, refineries etc. Product is also recommended for application over suitable primer for OEM industry like machine tools, pumps, machineries, transformers etc.


APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Stir the Base part thoroughly. Mix the base and hardener as per our recommended ratio, by volume. Stir the mix thoroughly to attain homogeneity. Allow the mixture to stand still (maturation) for about 10-15 minutes to initiate the reaction. Add Thinner Type 002 into the mix, if required, depending on application method, and stir thoroughly for few minutes. Strain the paint through Nylon filter cloth depending on type of finish selection and apply uniformly over the surface. All equipments used for above should be properly cleaned.

Epoxy HS Zinc Phosphate Primer(DTM)

Two components, air drying, high solids, Epoxy coating. The product has the advantage of epoxy resin composition with specialty pigment, which facilitates one-coat, high build application for high performance. The product can be applied on minimum prepared surface and is designed to completely wet the substrate. Excellent adhesion is obtained on a variety of intact surfaces including over old coating and tightly adherent rust. The composition has been balanced to a convenient mixing ratio by volume with excellent application characteristics. The low solvent content reduces the problem of lifting of the paint film and adhesion failure by blistering and pin holing. This assures a stable long term performance

It is mainly recommended in those areas where blasting is impractical or impossible. Uses include steel structures in Industrial plants, bridges, tank exteriors, oil tanks, pipes, marine atmosphere, cooling towers, etc. It has good resistance to spillage and fumes of acids, alkalis, fresh and salt water. Recommended as a primer on suitably cleaned mild steel surface in various Fertilizer units, Refineries, Chemical and other plants, Transportation industries, steel plants, cement plants, power plants, pulp and paper industries, pharmaceutical industries, etc. for application on tank exteriors, structural steel, pipelines, machineries, vessels, etc.

Epoxy HS RAL Shade

Two component, air drying, High build Epoxy Polyamide cured finish paint

It is recommended for application on structural steel, pipelines, storage tanks, etc. subjected to aggressive environment. It can be used on submerged steel, under water pipelines, ballast water tanks, mud tanks, drill water tanks, cargo holds carrying grain and dry cargo. Suitable for application on concrete walls and columns. It is very much useful in fertilizer plants, chemical units, refineries and petrochemical complexes, tank farms, offshore installations and various other industries including aqua culture.
