Q.D. Primers

A single component, quick drying, high build, alkyd primer pigmented with zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigmentation.

QD Primer is designed for application to all types of steel surfaces in mild industrial and commercial environments exposed to inland environmental conditions. The primer is characterized by its fast turn-around time, easy application, and adhesion to hand cleaned steel and corrosion protection properties.

Zinc Chrome/Rich Primer

Organic and inorganic zinc-rich primers promise superior adhesion and galvanic protection qualities. When in contact with structural steel, zinc primers corrode preferentially to the steel, protecting it from damage.

These primers tend to offer flexibility for applicators, as top coats do not need to be applied immediately following the primer. Some zinc-rich primers also offer near permanent corrosion protection of steel,

This type of industrial coating is well suited for industrial, coastal, marine and freshwater environments. This may include use on steel tanks, offshore platforms, barges, refineries, petrochemical and power plants, as railcar coatings, pulp and paper mills and other areas where advised.

Fast Draying Single pack automotive paints

Arohx Paints Private Limited Fast Drying Auto finish is prepared to form high-quality synthetic resin & exterior pigments & is formulated to dry quickly & high gloss. It does not need rubbing application of clear coat for gloss.

One component thermosetting acrylic based Metallic/Pearl/Opaque Paint system. This product is recommended as base coat for use in fan, general industrial applications for wet on wet applications.

Hot Phosphating/Sandblasting for MS and chromatizing or Etch Primer for Aluminum or GI is required before application. For MS 3-in-1 solution may be used for pre-treatment but the life of the system will be inferior to the former. This should be followed by suitable primer and clear coat.
