PU HS Sending Sealer

Two pack system, base & hardner packed separately & supplied to be mixed prior to application.

This is designed to use as clear coat mainly for exterior/interior wooden application includes external articles, exterior door and window frames etc. It is high solid clear with fast drying properties give good gloss, hardness and slip. Exterior quality has UV and Hals additives which imparts outstanding durability.

The entire wooden surface to be coated should be coated should be sanded with emery paper 180 mess to remove loose lint, particle and dust. Wipe off clean and apply a coat of Arohx Paints Private Limited transparent PU HS Sending Sealer. Allow to dry for 2-3 hours. Apply wood stains if required. Sand the surface with emery paper 220# and wipe it clean. Apply two coats of Arohx Paints Private Limited PU Sealer exterior/Interior at the interval of minimum 8 to 12 hours between the coats. Sand every coat with emery paper 320#. Apply another coat of Sealer if required to further fill up the grains. Sand it with emery 320# followed by 400# and wipe of clean.

Polyurethane Glossy Clear Exterior/Interior

PU Matt two pack wooden coating system in Matt finish with excellent surface wetting, flow and slip properties.

PU Matt Clear coat to be used for Interior/Exterior coating of various surfaces like wooden furniture, musical instruments, wooden walls of executive chamber, wooden room, kitchen shelves etc.

Clean the existing surface thoroughly emery paper 180/320/400# to make surface smooth.

• Apply a coat of Arohx Paints Private Limited HS Wood Sealer by spery
• Allow it to dry for 2-3 hours. Sand the surface with 220# emery paper prior to application of sanding sealer. Dust of surface.
• Apply Arohx Paints Private Limited PU HS Sending Sealer 1-2 coats on it or directly on wood without application of Arohx Paints Private Limited HS Sending Sealer.
• Allow it to dry for recommended time interval. Dry sand surface with 320/400# emery paper to smoothen the surface.
• Apply subsequent two coats of Arohx Paints Private Limited PU Matt Clear coating.
• Allow it to dry for 72hours minimum before putting it to service.

PU Matt/Glossy Clear

Arohx Paints Private Limited PU Clear is a unique & revolutionary product in the Specialty Coating industry, which is a one-stop solution for your various painting needs. This is fresh innovation with uniquely designed Polyurethane (PU) paint. This is Available in Glossy and Matt Finish, as per the liking of the user.

Direction for Use-
(1) Surface Preparation: For fresh/new surfaces, clean the surface thoroughly with suitable emery paper. Keep the surface free from oil, grease, moisture, dust and dirt.
(2) For pre-painted surfaces: Strip all the old paint and remove all the loose particles with suitable emery paper. Keep the surface free from oil, grease, moisture, dust and dirt before application.
(3) Direction for application: Mix the paint base and hardener in ratio (B: H :: 4:1) and dilute it with Arohx Paints Private Limited PU Thinner (for Spray 20-30%, for Brush 5-10%) and use this mixture within 3 hours.
Precautions-
(1) This is a two-component product. Ensure recommended mixing proportions of Base, Hardener and Thinner and apply within the specified pot life. Film properties to be checked after maturity of film varying from 3 to 7 days.
(2) Use recommended Arohx Paints Private Limited primer or sealer if required, final shade may slight vary with and without primer or sealer. Refer the application guideline for more information.
(3) Suitable Preventive measures should be taken when temperature falls below 10°C or rises above 40°C and when Relative Humidity is above 85%. Coating supplier should be consulted for necessary action.
(4) Spray and brush equipment should be immediately clean with solvent after application.
(5) Proper method of substrate cleaning and pre-treatment is required before application.
(6) Use the mixed paint within the stipulated pot life of thinned material. Avoid part mixing, and tightly close container lid after use.
(7) The paint containers are required to be stored in cool, dry and covered condition, away from heat and ignition. Safety Guidelines- Care should be taken to avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapor as well as contact between the wet paint and exposed skin or eyes.

PU Satin Matt

PU GP Metal Finish is a two-component Aliphatic Polyurethane Paint. It can be applied to all kinds of Metals, Glass, Plastics & FRP substrates. PU Matt/Glossy RAL Shades

This is available in Metallic, Pearl and Opaque glossy & Matt Paint system. For ABS, Nylon 6, PVC & SAN, this may be applied directly after cleaning with soap solution, followed by IPA cleaning. For PP plastic, Glass filled Nylon; a coat of PP Primer has to be applied for MS after hot phosphating a coat of Arohx Paints Private Limited Epoxy Primer. PU Based Anti Corrosive Primer

Two-component air-drying polyurethane based primer containing zinc phosphate and zinc chromate as anti corrosive pigment.

It is recommended as a primer for MS surface in OEM applications as well as in Process industries like fertilizer plants, Refineries, Petrochemical industries for protection of steel pipelines and structural from corrosion

Stir the Base part thoroughly. Mix the base and hardener as per our recommended ratio, by volume. Stir the mix gently to attain homogeneity. Add Thinner Type 001 into the mix, if required, depending on application method, and stir gently for few minutes. Allow the mixture to stand still (maturation) for about 10-15 minutes to initiate the reaction. Strain the paint through Nylon filter cloth of 200 mesh size and apply uniformly over the surface. All equipments used for above should be properly clean.

PU Silvers

Arohx Paints Private Limited is a specially designed unique Polyurethane (PU) product, which provides excellent durability for all interior & exterior surfaces. This is available in glossy and Matt Paint system. This is Ideal for topcoat with recommended primers (if required).It gives excellent durability for interior and exterior substrate when applied as per recommended procedure on ABS, HIPS AND PP Platics, Wooden, Metals, Aluminum and Glass

PU Glass Coat

This product is recommended as coating for Glass substrate and many other glass articles. It can also be used for coating on some special plated substrates directly.

After suitable pretreatment, Clear may be applied either direct or as undercoats, Ensure recommended mixing proportions of Base, Hardener and Thinner and apply within the specified pot life.

PU Pearl Metallic Paints

This product is recommended as Clear/Metallic/Pearl/Opaque Coat with suitable primers or undercoats, for use in commercial vehicles, premium OEM applications, sports goods and general industrial applications. For achieving various transparent colors, the clear can be mixed with SBL Dyes Solutions.

This may be applied directly on ABS after cleaning with soap solution, followed by IPA cleaning. For PP Plastic, a coat of PP Primer has to be applied. After sanding, greasy wood rich in ingredients, such as teak, should first be washed-out with the Arohx Paints Private Limited thinner by means of a lint-free cloth in the direction of the wood grain.

Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer

Two components Epoxy based anti corrosive primer containing zinc phosphate as corrosion inhibiting pigments.

It is an ideal primer where faster turnaround of equipment is desired, Hence making it ideal primer for industrial and Infrastructure equipments, heavy machineries etc exposed to medium corrosive and marine environment. Epoxy HS Zinc Phosphate Primer(DTM)

Two components, air drying, high solids, Epoxy coating. The product has the advantage of epoxy resin composition with specialty pigment, which facilitates one-coat, high build application for high performance. The product can be applied on minimum prepared surface and is designed to completely wet the substrate. Excellent adhesion is obtained on a variety of intact surfaces including over old coating and tightly adherent rust. The composition has been balanced to a convenient mixing ratio by volume with excellent application characteristics. The low solvent content reduces the problem of lifting of the paint film and adhesion failure by blistering and pin holing. This assures a stable long term performance

It is mainly recommended in those areas where blasting is impractical or impossible. Uses include steel structures in Industrial plants, bridges, tank exteriors, oil tanks, pipes, marine atmosphere, cooling towers, etc. It has good resistance to spillage and fumes of acids, alkalis, fresh and salt water. TPA Road Marking Paints

This is a quick drying, TPA based paint. Can be used for marking roads and kerbs. Easy to apply. It has UV resistant Paints. Ideal for use on asphalt and concrete roads, primarily for kerbstones, speed humps or other areas with light traffic.

The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 °C and at least 3 °C above the dew point of the air, measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is usually required in confined areas to ensure proper drying. The moisture content in the substrate should not exceed 4 % (by weight). The coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stress until fully cured.

Drying times are generally related to air circulation, temperature, film thickness and number of coats, and will be affected correspondingly.

The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance etc. All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed. A light sanding with suitable abrasive material is recommended before application. Any resulting dust/loose particles must be removed.

For MS, 3-in-1 solution may be used for pre-treatment but the life of the system will be inferior to the former. Suitable primer should be applied, if required before application of this product.

TSA Pearl Metallic Paints

Product is Aromatic Free One component high performance thermosetting acrylic based Pearl Metallic paint system. This product is recommended as a Pearl Metallic paint coat for use in Automotive two wheelers and general industrial and OEM applications. For achieving various transparent colors, the clear can be mixed with Arohx Paints Private Limited Dyes Solutions.

Hot phosphating/sandblasting for MS and chromatizing or Etch Primer for Aluminum or GI is required before application. Single pack Chlorinated Rubber plasticized with a non saponifiable plasticizer based air drying finish paint.

N.C. Sending Sealer

Arohx Paints Private Limited Sealer is one component nitro cellulose based air drying clear/Primer/Opaque paint System. This product can be used as top coat/Primer/Opaque paint System over wood, general handicrafts and metal substrate, over suitable sealer or Prime

This is suitable for indoor use only. Wood substrate has to be clean, dry and dust free. Wood surface should be prepared with wood sealer. Sand the wood with emery 120/200 before sealer application. Dry sanding of wood sealer with 400/600 no. emery paper is recommended before applying the topcoat. Apply a single coat by spray and allow to air dry for overnight.

N.C. Wood Filler

Arohx Paints Private Limited WOOD FILLER is based on nitrocellulose medium with high quality wood filler ingredient which has excellent property to fill wood grains prior to application of top coat such as NC sanding sealer or NC lacquer.
