PU Matt/Glossy Clear

Arohx Paints Private Limited PU Clear is a unique & revolutionary product in the Specialty Coating industry, which is a one-stop solution for your various painting needs. This is fresh innovation with uniquely designed Polyurethane (PU) paint. This is Available in Glossy and Matt Finish, as per the liking of the user.

Direction for Use-
(1) Surface Preparation: For fresh/new surfaces, clean the surface thoroughly with suitable emery paper. Keep the surface free from oil, grease, moisture, dust and dirt.
(2) For pre-painted surfaces: Strip all the old paint and remove all the loose particles with suitable emery paper. Keep the surface free from oil, grease, moisture, dust and dirt before application.
(3) Direction for application: Mix the paint base and hardener in ratio (B: H :: 4:1) and dilute it with Arohx Paints Private Limited PU Thinner (for Spray 20-30%, for Brush 5-10%) and use this mixture within 3 hours.
Precautions-
(1) This is a two-component product. Ensure recommended mixing proportions of Base, Hardener and Thinner and apply within the specified pot life. Film properties to be checked after maturity of film varying from 3 to 7 days.
(2) Use recommended Arohx Paints Private Limited primer or sealer if required, final shade may slight vary with and without primer or sealer. Refer the application guideline for more information.
(3) Suitable Preventive measures should be taken when temperature falls below 10°C or rises above 40°C and when Relative Humidity is above 85%. Coating supplier should be consulted for necessary action.
(4) Spray and brush equipment should be immediately clean with solvent after application.
(5) Proper method of substrate cleaning and pre-treatment is required before application.
(6) Use the mixed paint within the stipulated pot life of thinned material. Avoid part mixing, and tightly close container lid after use.
(7) The paint containers are required to be stored in cool, dry and covered condition, away from heat and ignition. Safety Guidelines- Care should be taken to avoid inhalation of spray mist or vapor as well as contact between the wet paint and exposed skin or eyes.

PU Satin Matt

PU GP Metal Finish is a two-component Aliphatic Polyurethane Paint. It can be applied to all kinds of Metals, Glass, Plastics & FRP substrates. It provides a durable finish with medium gloss, hardness & good Adhesion. This finish is usually used to coat Machinery, FRP articles, Auto Ancillaries & Commercial Vehicles. This PU is best suited for limited exposure to sunlight..

PU Matt/Glossy RAL Shades

Arohx Paints Private Limited is a specially designed unique Polyurethane (PU) product, which provides excellent durability for all interior & exterior surfaces. This is available in Metallic, Pearl and Opaque glossy & Matt Paint system. This is Ideal for topcoat with recommended primers (if required).It gives excellent durability for interior and exterior substrate when applied as per recommended procedure on Aluminum, GI, MS, SS, Tin, Brass, Copper, Glass, Electro Plated surface, Wood, MDF and Plastic substrates

For ABS, Nylon 6, PVC & SAN, this may be applied directly after cleaning with soap solution, followed by IPA cleaning. For PP plastic, Glass filled Nylon; a coat of PP Primer has to be applied for MS after hot phosphating a coat of Arohx Paints Private Limited Epoxy Primer. Film properties to be checked after maturity of film varying from 3 to 7 Days.

PU Based Anti Corrosive Primer

Two-component air-drying polyurethane based primer containing zinc phosphate and zinc chromate as anti corrosive pigment.

It is recommended as a primer for MS surface in OEM applications as well as in Process industries like fertilizer plants, Refineries, Petrochemical industries for protection of steel pipelines and structural from corrosion

Stir the Base part thoroughly. Mix the base and hardener as per our recommended ratio, by volume. Stir the mix gently to attain homogeneity. Add Thinner Type 001 into the mix, if required, depending on application method, and stir gently for few minutes. Allow the mixture to stand still (maturation) for about 10-15 minutes to initiate the reaction. Strain the paint through Nylon filter cloth of 200 mesh size and apply uniformly over the surface. All equipments used for above should be properly clean.

PU Silvers

Arohx Paints Private Limited is a specially designed unique Polyurethane (PU) product, which provides excellent durability for all interior & exterior surfaces. This is available in glossy and Matt Paint system. This is Ideal for topcoat with recommended primers (if required).It gives excellent durability for interior and exterior substrate when applied as per recommended procedure on ABS, HIPS AND PP Platics, Wooden, Metals, Aluminum and Glass

PU Glass Coat

This product is recommended as coating for Glass substrate and many other glass articles. It can also be used for coating on some special plated substrates directly.

After suitable pretreatment, Clear may be applied either direct or as undercoats, Ensure recommended mixing proportions of Base, Hardener and Thinner and apply within the specified pot life.

PU Pearl Metallic Paints

This product is recommended as Clear/Metallic/Pearl/Opaque Coat with suitable primers or undercoats, for use in commercial vehicles, premium OEM applications, sports goods and general industrial applications. For achieving various transparent colors, the clear can be mixed with SBL Dyes Solutions.

This may be applied directly on ABS after cleaning with soap solution, followed by IPA cleaning. For PP Plastic, a coat of PP Primer has to be applied. For MS, Aluminum and GI apply suitable primer (as per guideline of primer application) before application of this product. This is a two component product.
